Tina's expertise in security, outsourcing and cloud has positioned her as a sales and channel fixture in the Technology Sector. Prior to  Quantexa, Gravel was Appgate’s Senior VP/Global Channels and Alliances. Prior to Appgate, she was Senior VP/Global Channels and Strategic Alliances with Cyxtera and Cryptzone. Tina served as  GM/VP of Dimension Data's Cloud Services Business and was the VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Nirvanix. At Terremark, Tina  held key roles and over her 13- year tenure,  helped guide the team from $400,000 in sales to an eventual acquisition by Verizon for $1.4 billion. In addition to the roles above, she worked at NetGravity, SAS, Sybase,  CSC, and as an independent consultant. She's a public speaker, a published author and is frequently asked to present at industry events.

Board Service

Tina serves on the Advisory Boards for Dark Cryptonite and Demo-Force, two software companies, and the Advisory Board for the Women’s Leadership Forum of Channel Focus (a Baptie Company). Tina is a founding member of Women in Alliances, serves as the Director of Technology and on the Board of Managers for the Service Club of Chicago a 127- year old charity, and as a member of the Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum. Tina also served for seven years on the Executive Board of the Illinois Technology Association until it merged with 1871 in January of 2020.
